✦ When will you be restocking ______?
Restocks are dependent on material availability, and how quickly the item can be made! As such, I try my best to restock pieces as soon as possible, but cannot always guarantee an exact date for them. Please refer to my Instagram @withlovebyjade for more information on restocks!
✦ Can we purchase from you in-person?
Absolutely! I regularly sell every month at in-person small business markets. Some items I carry are only available for in-person purchase, and are not available on the site. Please visit my Instagram @withlovebyjade for my monthly/upcoming list of events near you!
✦ Do you offer one-of-a-kind pieces?
Yes! If there is a ooak seasonal piece in our collection, then please know it will not be available for restocks to ensure the exclusivity and specialness for that piece and the buyer!
♡ Jewelry Care ♡
✦ What material is your jewelry made of?
All our pieces are mostly made using non-tarnish wires, beading strings, stainless steel or 18k gold plated stainless steel. All of which are meant to increase the longevity and wearbility of our pieces. Unless stated otherwise, please refer to the item's description for more information on the materials used within a piece.
✦ How can I best clean/care for my pieces?
With everyday wear, it is normal for metals to oxidize over time and with exposure to the elements! All our pieces are hypoallergenic and non-tarnish, but taking extra steps to care for your pieces can increase their longevity and durability.
Regardless of the material used in a piece, please always take care to ensure your pieces are not exposed to harsh, humid, or moist conditions. Avoid a buildup of water and cosmetics on your pieces. Polish your pieces with a jewelry polishing cloth as needed. Store your jewelry in dry areas. Handle glass or porcelain pieces with the utmost care.
✦ My jewelry came damaged/I broke my jewelry, what can I do?
First of all, I am so deeply and incredibly sorry if this has happened to you! I try my best to ensure every piece has gone through appropriate stress-wear testing before being put up for sale, but with handmade DIY items, it can be difficult to ensure that my pieces will be forever indestructible. As such, please contact me either on Instagram @withlovebyjade, or through our Contact form with a description of what happened and photo evidence and we can discuss the next steps ASAP!

✦ Do you ship internationally?
Yes! International shipping is available, and shipping costs will be automatically calculated at checkout. I am based in the U.S. and mostly use USPS to ship out orders, so there is a chance I could be unable to ship to your country! Please make sure to check within your country before planning your order.
✦ How long does it take to process orders?
For regular seasonal collection pieces OR pre-order items, orders will be fulfilled within 7 business days. For custom orders, these will be fulfilled within 14 business days.
✦ Do you offer returns/refunds?
For sanitary reasons, all sales are final. However! We strive to ensure you have the best possible shopping experience with us, and are more than flexible or happy to help you out with your order in other ways! ✦ Do you offer custom jewelry designs?
Yes! As long as the jewelry design itself is not a replica of someone elses's work, I can pretty much accept anything. References and inspiration are absolutely okay, and even helpful in the process of creating your custom design!
✦ How do I place a custom order?
For all custom orders and other business inquiries, please message us through our our Instagram @withlovebyjade! As of right now, we are NOT currently accepting custom orders! Please check back here or our IG page for more info on when custom orders will be available.
✦ What is the processing time for custom orders?
As mentioned before, custom orders can take anywhere from 14 business days to be fully processed and shipped out to you. As this is a more involved and personal process between the buyer and the maker, please allow enough time, love, and care for your custom designs to come to life!
